Sources, reference map and review
36-page corporate introduction, September 2026. Harvey’s actual 2025 Year in Review supplies page order and composition; Imperium’s canonical brand files supply identity. This is not an annual review or a fundraising presentation.
No remaining objective hard failure observed; requested 9.5 in every dimension is not achieved.Third and final subjective review. Inspected only revised browser pages11,15,26 and their corresponding final PDF pages. Earlier findings for unchanged pages retained. These are independent reviewer judgments, not an objective certificate.
Final review
Scores are reasoned judgments, not objective certificates. Target: 9.5 in every dimension. Written anchors:10 means no material deficit;9.5 means only negligible differences;9.0 means strong work with visible, non-blocking departures; below 9 indicates substantive deficits. Hard failures override a numerical score.
| Dimension | Score | Evidence and limitation |
|---|
| Reference geometry | 9.2 | The repaired 14-tile page15 matches the reference rhythm. Retained differences:18 uses a broad five-stage horizontal process instead of the dense vertical annual timeline;26 substitutes an architecture plate for giant circles;35 uses a solo portrait rather than the reference two-person full-body image. |
| Brand consistency | 9.5 | Consistent green, warm-white, serif/sans system; vendor marks have readable grounds. Page11 source monogram no longer collides with deck identity. |
| Factual accuracy | 9.5 | Visible metric caveats, individual testimonial attribution, fictional demonstration data and conceptual architecture qualification are retained. Score covers evidence handling in the deck and ledger, not fresh independent verification of every underlying transcript. |
| Copy | 9.4 | Page15 now says Illustrative product views. Prior repeated testimonial copy was reduced. Retained repetition across20–23 and27–28 limits concision and distinctiveness. |
| Typography | 9.5 | Page26 labels are readable and properly connected; step clipping remains resolved. No new text clipping or unusable contrast observed on the three final revised pages. |
| Photography/cropping | 9.4 | Page11 correctly identifies Chad, with face substantially separated from quotation and clean deck header. Left edge of quotation still approaches his temple tightly. Retain page25 top-of-head crop and whiteboard image repetition across08/14/20/28. |
| Product/diagram authenticity | 9.5 | Real source UI retains fictional demonstration qualification. Page26 now restores five source-backed layer labels, completing the conceptual architecture explanation. |
| Narrative | 9.3 | Specific people and disciplines and reduced testimonial repetition improved substance. Repeated context/work/support points across delivery and company sections remain. This final three-page correction does not alter that earlier judgment. |
| Technical | 9.6 | All11 recorded navigation/edit/save/mobile checks pass. Final PDF checks show36 pages at 1920×1080 points with extracted text and embedded fonts on every page. Visually inspected final PDF11/15/26 match browser outputs; maximum recorded mean raster channel difference is approximately2.19/255, a diagnostic rather than a perceptual certificate. |
Client outcomes and discarded aggregates
The presentation uses individual observations with their immediate scope. Shanny’s 6–8 to 1 concerns planned office administration roles; manual labour remains intact. Ben’s 1 to 5–7 concerns his description of pieces of work he could complete in a day. Isaac’s 40–50% is his own estimate during an initial 3–4-hour setup, explicitly described as work in progress. These are neither audited results nor universal averages.
The website aggregate candidates were recomputed but excluded because their inputs mix conditional targets, estimates, unlike tasks and unsupported annualisation. No recalled “3.6 employees” figure is used.
| Candidate | Source arithmetic | Decision |
|---|
Working time returned Website candidate: 52% | (60 + 45 + 50) / 3 = 51.67 | Excluded. Sean 60% is conditional on full setup; Alberto double workload is a goal. Mixed inferences are not a measured time-return average. |
Output per person Website candidate: 3.1× | (6 + 2 + 2.5 + 1.8) / 4 = 3.075 | Excluded. Midpoints, inferred ratios and targets mixed across companies and tasks. |
Hires not made Website candidate: 7.5 | ((6 - 1) + 10) / 2 = 7.5 | Excluded. Shanny planned office roles; Chad ten hires not reliably supported by local auto-transcription. Not comparable realized employment outcomes. |
Annual payroll not spent Website candidate: USD175,000 | ((12500 * 12) + 200000) / 2 = 1.75e+05 | Excluded. Assumed monthly midpoint for Shanny not in supplied transcript; Chad hundreds of thousands has no annual basis. Avoided costs are not cash savings. |
Speed increase Website candidate: 5.6× | (6 + 8.7 + 2) / 3 = 5.567 | Excluded. Productivity, inferred elapsed-time ratios and targets are not like-for-like speed measurements. |
Required wording had those figures been used: “Figures calculated from selected client interviews, across different companies and tasks. See the individual stories for context.” They are not used in the slides.
Chad Egan is Founder & CEO of GeoNet and developer of ELLE Resort & Beach Club. The ELLE mark is shown only with that relationship. GeoNet’s three interviewees are one business. Five selected businesses is an editorial selection, not a claimed customer total.

Asset provenance
Existing company photographs and canonical brand fonts/marks were reused. Client frames came from the website’s authorised Mux film catalogue. Chad’s portrait is a real interview frame. The Imprint Genius image is labelled as a working session, with no individual in the group identified. Vendor marks retain their supplied colours and sit on contrasting grounds.
ARX captures come from the approved product kit. Meridian data is illustrative. No interface was generated or redrawn. The original line-art diagrams are copied from published plates; owned derivatives remove tiny text so readable labels can be independently edited. No ARX application, product-kit original or website file was changed.

Technical checks and reproducibility
Impeccable detector triage records the retained heuristic warnings and their verification boundaries.
Browser screenshots use a 1920×1080 viewport. Fonts and images are awaited before export. The final PDF is reopened separately, checked for 36 pages at 1920×1080 points, embedded fonts and selectable text, and rendered page by page against the browser output. Raster differences are diagnostic because browser/PDF text antialiasing differs.
